Park Center High School seniors Amy VanHulzen and Tony DuBois recently were named winners of the Brooklyn Park Traveling Basketball League (BPTBL) scholarship.
The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to one female and one male senior attending Park Center Senior High School.
VanHulzen started playing basketball in fifth grade. She was named captain of the Park Center team her senior year and was also all conference. She plans to attend UW-Stout in the fall where she will continue her basketball career.
DuBois also started playing basketball in fifth grade. DuBois played on the varsity for two years. He will attend the North Dakota State University in the fall.
